Refunds

All paid products include a 30-day free trial. We encourage you to use this period to evaluate the product before purchasing.
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy by the Codice del Consumo, Art. 52-59), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this right is waived when you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the waiver at checkout. Because our products offer a 30-day trial before any payment is required, you have the opportunity to fully evaluate the product before committing to a purchase.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact support@hidden-mountain.com with the email address used at checkout, your order or invoice number, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
